Sellers ROAD SALE Information July 12, 2025, 9am - 2pm (at this location only)
CHECK-IN STARTS AT 7:00AM BRING YOUR RECEIPT
The SCEC building is not open to Road Sale sellers and shoppers. Please bring everything with you that you need for yourself. Porta Potty is at the backside of the building. Please have your things packed up, cleaned up and out by 2:45pm. Please DO NOT use the dumpster. This is for SCEC use only. DO NOT put unsold items, cardboard in the dumpster. Pack it in – Pack it out. All items must be removed. Please respect our campus and leave it as clean as you found it. SCEC is a non-smoking facility, no alcohol, drugs or firearms are permitted on the property.
PLEASE REMIND OTHERS THAT THE SCEC LOCATION IS ONLY ONE OF MANY GARAGE SALES IN OUR SEABECK AREA. FOLLOW THE SIGNS.

July 12, 2025 from 9am-2pm. The Seabeck Community & Event Center (SCEC) will have their parking lot area available for those who wish to participate in the Annual Seabeck Road Sale who live down obscure gravel roads or no room for parking at their home. You can reserve a spot and sell your “garage sale stuff” on July 12, 2025 at the SCEC outdoor area, paying only $20 for a 10 x 10 space.
Go to the Seabeck Community and Event Center website to register for your spot. The cost is $20 per 10x10 space. Porta potty is available. This event is happening rain or shine, no refunds. You may set up a canopy, please bring your own table and chairs, lunch, etc. (No drugs or alcohol allowed on property). Come early to get your spot and set up to be ready by 9am.
